Workers’ compensation claimant was awarded additional temporary total disability benefits by Industrial Commission in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, Knox County, William L. Randolph, J., confirmed the award. Employer appealed. The Appellate Court, Barry, P.J., held that Industrial Commission’s finding that claimant was permanently disabled to extent of two percent was in effect decision that she had recovered as much as character of injury would permit, precluding further temporary total disability benefits.
